The proceeding of the symposium will be published by SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics as “Proceedings of SPIE”. The proceedings will be available to researchers worldwide through the SPIE Digital Library (http://spiedigitallibrary.org/). All major indexes (Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Science, Scopus, Inspec, SPIN, Scopus) and search engines (Google Scholar, DeepDyve, etc.) cover the SPIE Proceedings. Your proceedings paper can be submitted with minimal or no revision for consideration in any relevant SPIE journal. All manuscripts for the proceedings should be submitted online through SPIE Submission and Review system (http://spie.org/ISCAN15). At least one of the authors should be a registered participant. Each paper should be at least four full pages long, single line spaced and single columned. The authors must ensure that the technical quality of the manuscripts is strong and confirm to the SPIE guidelines for style and clarity of language. All the submitted manuscripts will undergo the usual refereeing procedure.
