Information on the acceptance/ non-acceptance of the abstracts will be sent to the submitting author.
A fifteen minute slot has been set aside at the end of each session to allow presentations of “hot topics”. The papers to be presented here will be selected from the contributed abstracts.
The abstract should be submitted as a Microsoft Word file attached to an e-mail addressed to email@example.com
The left margin for the abstract must be 1.75 inches. The top, bottom and right margins should be 1 inch. The text of the abstract including the title, authors’ names, affiliations, footnotes, references, figures and other relevant material must fit within this space. The title of the abstract should be centered and typed in 16-point bold Times New Roman typeface with the first letter of each significant word capitalized. Type all subsequent material in 12-point Times New Roman typeface. There should be a blank line between the abstract title and the names of the authors. Place each author’s affiliation, separated by a comma, immediately after the author’s name and underline the name of the presenting author. Place two blank lines after the list of authors, beginning the body of the abstract on the third line. The body of the abstract should be right-left justified. Please limit the abstract to one page.
